COMMON PLAYER QUESTIONS
Questions We Hear Most at jomcuci918
The questions below cover the mechanics and account paths that cause the most confusion. Each answer is specific to how things work at jomcuci918, so you know exactly what to expect before you place a bet, spin a reel or contact our support team.
Does an NBA point-spread bet include overtime if the game goes to OT?
It depends on how the market is labelled. Some NBA spread markets settle on regulation time only; others include overtime. Check the market description on jomcuci918 before confirming your bet — the settlement rule is shown there.
In Boom City, does the bonus segment always pay more than the numbered segments?
Not automatically. The bonus segment triggers a secondary multiplier phase, but the final payout depends on what that phase reveals. A numbered segment with a high fixed multiplier can sometimes outperform a modest bonus-phase result at jomcuci918.
Does the dolphin wild in Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe expand on every spin?
No — the dolphin wild only expands when it forms part of a winning combination. Outside of free spins, it behaves as a standard wild on non-winning reels. The expanding mechanic is most impactful during the free spins round when it triggers more frequently.
In Pai Gow Poker, does a push mean I lose my stake?
No. A push in Pai Gow Poker occurs when you win one of the two hand comparisons and lose the other. No money changes hands on a push — your stake stays with you. Only winning both hands returns a payout; losing both costs the stake.
Where do I find the access conditions and eligibility rules that apply to my account?
The applicable age and access conditions for jomcuci918 are published in our terms. You can also visit our /responsible-play/ page, which sets out eligibility requirements and responsible play resources relevant to Malaysian players.

No download is required. jomcuci918 is accessible through your mobile browser — open jomcuci918 on your phone, log in and the lobby loads directly. Players in Kuala Lumpur and elsewhere reach live tables and slots without installing anything.
